Rachel has been so welcoming, her communication has been great and has really made me feel comfortable to talk to her about anything concerning my properties. After my rental property was on the rental market for 6 weeks with no interest, Rachel took on this what seemed impossible task and got me the price I wanted within less then a week of taking over the property.
