Jess and Tegan at Harcourts Marketing place have been invaluable in the management of my property. I've gone from wanting to dispose of my asset to now renting at 25% increase from rent previously received. Communications are great, and they are a preactive friendly managers!

William is professional but at times lacks the correct communication skills. And unfortunately slipped when negotiating the new rental terms for new tenants. I felt like there was hidden communication regarding the lease arrangement with tenants leaving property early and timing of new tenants coming in. Having to pay three weeks of rent and not knowing that was going to happen is not ideal.

Their dedication and support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to rent or buy a property.
