Agencies in White Rock, QLD, 4306

I felt very lucky when I gave the right to manage this real estate to the agent, they did everything very well and as quickly as possible, very high recommendation for those who need a dedicated and enthusiastic agent

I love the way how they handle open communication and deep understanding no matter what days or times. Always ready to assist. Thanks for sharing their knowledge and their expertise when it comes to finding the new tenants and future predictions.

He is very professional, maintains well in relation to communication. Love ihis work and passion. Easy going, and always listens what the customer say and responds accordingly

Trish was very helpful with my questions and queries, responded super fast to my emails and calls.

What a great team to deal with !! Well done to STRUD and the team for managing my property. I was not able to attend the property due to distance. STRUD managed the whole process for me from key handover to finding a suitable tenant. Nothing is a hard task for this team. Eg. Happy to even water the garden patch until the tenant moved in. Kudos to Dean and Trish who communicated everything with me. This is the type of property management we all need. A team we can trust and depend on. So glad I found STRUD.

Trish was very efficient and professional in the way she handled our application, she knew the urgency and made sure we got our approval with days.

We didn't get the first place we looked at, but the team at Ray White Forest Lake listened to our needs and kept us updated on new rentals coming up. This led to finding a great place in the desired location; after that, the team was very helpful and concise, making the move a breeze.

Frankie and his team was very professional and guided us since day one. It was our first time and we had no idea where to start but Frankie and his team made it very simple and explained everything.

Frank is the best person

As above, always prompt with any action required and reporting same. My properties have always been tenanted, with very minimal delay in change over, if ever.

We are very glad we end up choosing Ian, he helped us a lot explaning everything , and made the process extremely smooth

We have had a fantastic experience working with Ian Jung and the Image Property team across both of our investment properties. Ian has been incredibly professional, approachable and helpful throughout the entire process. He has always been responsive, kept us well informed and has gone above and beyond to make managing our properties as straightforward and stress-free as possible. We really appreciate Ian’s communication, attention to detail and willingness to help whenever we have had questions or needed assistance. It’s reassuring knowing our properties are in such capable hands. We would highly recommend Ian and the Image Property team to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and genuinely supportive property management team.
