I moved overseas at the start of last year and I was very nervous about renting out my unit. I didn’t want to sell but I knew I couldn’t be a reliable landlord while away so I needed someone who could handle things for me while I’m away. Enter Breanna! From the very beginning she has been responsive to every single one of my 1000 questions. She has been able to give invaluable advice and recommendations, and truely shows she’s an expert in her field. I recommended her to another friend who also moved overseas and she similarly has had no issues. Breanna regularly checks in to the property and relays to me how things are going. On the flip side she also cares about the tenants. It’s important to me as someone who has rented a lot in the past to have my tenants be happy and at home. And Breanna fills that to a T, making sure that the tenants are also happy. If you are in need of a real estate agent I could not recommend Breanna enough!

Chantel has been amazing, as an owner who doesn’t live near the property, I needed help with coordinating repairs after a tenant issue. While the property was vacant Chantell helped me organise painting, repairs and a bathroom renovation, all over the phone. Great service and prompt communication every time.
