My Family home, of over 40 years, was resumed by Council, which meant we had to be out by a certain date. Hubby had had a heart attack about 2 months previously, needless to say it was a stressful time. And to top things off, we hadn't rented in nearly 20 years. It was very daunting and overwhelming. Thanks to Teresa and Janina at First National Rochedale, after finally finding a house to rent, they patiently guided us through the process. If we have any maintenance issues, they are on to it straight away. Teresa is an amazing Property Manager, she is always friendly and if I need to contact her, she is usually available to take my call, if not, she calls back as soon as she can. I would definitely go through First National Rochedal again and highly recommend them to anyone needing to rent.

We have been renting through QRealty over our last 2 rentals. When the property we were in initially went up for sale. The team went out of their way to make open homes less stressful for us. Assisted us in finding a new place to rent that suited our family well. They have been quick with both maintenance and communication. Happy tenants here!

“To whom it may concern”. We would like to take the opportunity to thank Dimitri & Harcourts Property Centre Office staff in Coorparoo for their help in being allocated the rental property 10 Jeetho Street, Holmview, Qld. On open day inspection visit we were met by Dimitri from Harcourts who introduced himself to us and proceeded to explain the inspection procedures and conditions to view the premises safely as there was quite a few interested parties wanting to do the viewing. We we’re very impressed with Dimitri’s manner and professionalism in keeping control of the many viewers and giving consideration to keep the property damage free was also a priority to him. After several days we were lucky enough to be contacted by Dimitri who informed us we had been successful in obtaining the property to rent, Dimitri is a person who seems to enjoy his career and gets a lot of satisfaction in making people happy through his efforts and dedication, he kept great communication with us throughout our moving in and could not help enough to ensure we had as easy as possible moving in.We would highly recommend anyone looking for rental property or advice to do so, to contact Dimitri as you will be guaranteed the best of attention at all times. Thank you Dimitri for all your help you are a Credit to Harcourts and the Rental industry. Regards Finlay & Subhashni Woodrow. Two very happy Harcourts customers.

Karen was brilliant from day one, even before day one. She has shown great dedication to us and found us tenant almost immediately. She has not hassled us for money but rather focused on getting our property let as soon as possible, which she did. Everything is electronic which makes it so much easier and hassle free. She has has gone beyond what I expect an agent to do for a client. A wonderful experience to date, i can't rate her more highly, and all a very competitive rate, and we are yet to meet her.
