They had the perfect balance of caring for the property on behalf of the owner to respecting that it is the tenants home. Was really nice to feel valued as a renter.

They have been confident but considerate, and have always sought to pursue my personal preference rather than the most lucrative option. We were able to rent my unit very quickly, and I have felt well supported throughout this process.

Rocco has a good sense of the market and helped with setting a reasonable rent, criteria that help me with selection of a suitable tenant that allowed the property to be leased within 2 weeks. I would definately recommend this agency.
