Overview of St Peters, NSW, 2044

Recently rented our apartment getting us $20 above the asking rate. Called me first thing Monday to update me and then quickly processed the rental application and approved.

It was a pleasure working with this real estate agent. They are professional, responsive, and very pleasant to deal with. Personable and friendly, they make the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great real estate agent.

Shoutout to the exceptional service we have received from Joe Gambacorta at Highland. Joe was aware of the challenges we experienced with a previous company and, since taking on our property, has shown genuine empathy and gone above and beyond to demonstrate how property management should be done. This was particularly evident during the most recent leasing process, where he was closely involved with the outgoing tenants and thoroughly scrutinised potential new applicants to ensure the best outcome for both them and us as owners. In addition, Joe is practical, highly knowledgeable, and consistently timely when issues arise throughout the tenancy. He proactively manages maintenance matters, using initiative before contacting us and always providing clear suggestions and options. We can’t speak highly enough of Joe and only wish we had engaged him sooner.

Rob, James, Iris and Lorenzo made leasing my property effortless from start to finish. Always responsive and always clear. I was never left chasing for an update; they kept me in the loop at every step without me having to ask. They knew the local rental market and their pricing advice was spot on, and the property was leased within a few days to a quality tenant. Organised, proactive and easy to deal with. Inspections, paperwork and tenant screening were all handled smoothly and thoroughly. Very impressed and highly recommend.

Raine and Horne have delivered time and time again for us. Robert is friendly and very efficient. Covering all bases for us. He is professional and his work is always streamlined. I trust his judgment.

Robert leased my property at the price I wanted within a week. He was very quick and responsive and made the whole process super simple. I’d recommend him to anyone.
