I’ve had an excellent experience with Managed Property. The team is incredibly thorough, proactive, and consistently responsive, which gives me great confidence that my property is in capable hands. They stay on top of everything and communicate clearly throughout the process. Rather than waiting for issues to arise, they are proactive in identifying potential problems and addressing them early, helping to keep the property well maintained and ensuring things run smoothly for both the tenant and me as the owner. Janelle, in particular, is a wealth of industry knowledge - always willing to answer questions to support informed decision making. What I appreciate most is her attention to detail and reliability. I would highly recommend Managed Property to any property owner looking for a trustworthy, diligent, and responsive property manager.

I had an excellent experience with the team at Managed Property and highly recommend their services. They managed our property with professionalism, care, and strong attention to detail, particularly during a challenging period involving a complex and problematic tenant. Our property manager, Tim Nance, handled the situation calmly and efficiently, maintained clear communication throughout, and ensured that all matters were dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner. They also managed maintenance issues very effectively, coordinating repairs and keeping us informed at every step. In addition, Tim provided valuable assistance with the insurance process, including gathering the required information and supporting the claim. Their knowledge, reliability, and proactive approach made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Melvyn, the letting manger, also did an excellent job in re-letting the property promptly and professionally, ensuring the process was smooth and well managed. I am very grateful for their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend them to any property owner looking for a capable, trustworthy, and dedicated property manager.

This is our second property which Janelle and the team have managed and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re so proactive, strong communication skills and make the whole experience seamless. We can thank them enough - highly recommend!

Vari and her team have been very helpful and have addressed the small issues I had promptly. Vari is approachable , respectful and easy to talk to. Having a good agent is really important to me so I'm pretty happy!

great experience finding a tenant. Lovely hardworking team.

First time renting out of home and could not be more impressed. All maintenance issues taken care of within a few days of notice by the internally employee maintanance property manager. Friendliest staff you will ever meet. Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Happy to help with any questions or issues that arise. Has great knowledge of the homes that are in their care. Very responsive too which I think is what sets them apart from others. This is the second time I've rented with the team and I couldn't be more pleased to be dealing with them again.

I have recently had a new home built which is being managed by Tiana. From handover with the builder to the property being leased she has been there every step of the way making sure both myself as landlord and tenant are looked after

Communication was clear, and they answered my questions promptly while making everything straightforward and stress-free. I appreciated their helpful approach and attention to detail. I would happily recommend The Walmsley Group to other tenants.
