Without a second thought, Semple PG picked up my rental and ran with it. In a matter of 6 weeks the old tenant was moved on without a hitch, cleaners sorted out and had a new tenant in the property and rented it out for $25p/w more than the asking price!! Thank you!!

Through the transition of a tenancy, major repair works by the Water Corporation spontaneously occurred completely digging up the properties front yard including driveway. Aimee not only has managed a smooth change in tenants but simultaneously managing the added complications of major repair works to the frontage of our property, ensuring Water Corporation are held to account for required repair works.
