My long term tenants moved out after 10 years of living in my Innaloo rental. The ReMax crew were screening new tenant applications and running home opens 3 weeks before the old tenants left. Remax shoed the house and screened 6 different prospective tenants who all wanted the house, then presented me with the 6 new options before the old lease expired. maintenance items were covered before the new tenants arrived with the house only being vacant for 1 week.
