I’ve had a really positive experience with the team at Buxton Bentleigh managing and leasing my property in McKinnon over the last 4 years. The recent leasing process was handled professionally from start to finish. Communication was consistent and transparent, I was kept updated after inspections, and I appreciated receiving honest feedback and advice rather than feeling pressured into making a quick decision. The team were responsive when a few things needed attention around the changeover between tenants, and overall I felt they genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for both the property and the incoming renters. Property management and leasing inevitably comes with the occasional issue to work through, but what matters to me is having an agent who communicates well, is practical and gets things resolved. My experience with HPG was good. The agents I came across and worked with were all friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. I was renting my place out and worked alongside Chloe. I found my experience with her to be positive. She was professional and a good communicator; calling, texting or emailing all necessary information. When I was unsure of something, I was able to contact her and she provided me with the support and answers I needed. It didn't take too long for her to find renters for my property which made my experience a lot less stressful.
