I can’t compliment the crew from Elevate particularly Faith and Paige enough for their commitment to getting a result with the minimum of fuss and the maximum of communication. It’s rare to find proper management as efficient as this group

The team at Elevate rapidly found a tenant for my rental property after a tenant requested to break lease ensuring no vacant time for my property. A suitable tenant was found the same week as the notice was received.

Rochelle made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free with her professionalism, responsiveness, and friendly approach. She kept me informed every step of the way and was an absolute pleasure to deal with—I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a positive leasing experience.

I have used the LJ Hooker team to manage our property for the past 4 years and they have always been professional and proactive in solving any maintenance or tenant issues. Big thank you to Rebecca for her recent efforts to swiftly re-lease our property at short notice and also relocate an existing client in need of an accommodation to create a win-win situation.

Words can't explain the exceptional quality of service that LJ hooker Kallangur delivers. Had an amazing experience with Kirsten and Jasmine as property managers. Always on time whenever I needed any help, prompt statements, regular checks, kept me updated on the regular compliance rules. Keep up the great work! Kudos to your commitment. Cheers!

Jasmine from LJ Hooker Kallangur is always extremely attentive to emails and is also a great support for any assistance required with regard to the management of our investment property especially considering we are interstate investors. We feel we are in very good hands with Jasmine and can highly recommend her to manage your next rental property. Regards, Deon & Fiona (Sydney)
