They were able to share numerous helpful contacts who were prompt, professional and well priced. When it came to listing on the market, the time from when the photos were taken to signed lease was only 4 business days with a listing published within that timeframe! Both property managers I had the pleasure of interacting with at Belle property had fantastic communication skills, were always prompt to respond, and as a tenant never felt worried about my living situation. I could tell they represented the owners side of things fairly, whilst also always being pleasant, fair, and helpful for any issues that came up. Absolutely would use them for my own investment property in future.

Emma has been proactive and positive in helping us to get our rental property updated prior to renting this out. She has met multiple tradies at the property and coordinated the trades that we needed. This was very helpful as we do not live close to the property and we would not have been able to rent it out as quickly as we have without her support.

This is our first time renting our investment property through an agency. We were cautious who we would lease our property through as we have heard plenty of stories about poor performing leasing / property agents. Thankfully Belle Property have been absolutley great. Both Harry Stallman and Adele Romans have been absolutle professionals and just a delight to work with. They have just made the process so easy for us and I honestly couldn't recommend them high enough to others.
