“To whom it may concern”. We would like to take the opportunity to thank Dimitri & Harcourts Property Centre Office staff in Coorparoo for their help in being allocated the rental property 10 Jeetho Street, Holmview, Qld. On open day inspection visit we were met by Dimitri from Harcourts who introduced himself to us and proceeded to explain the inspection procedures and conditions to view the premises safely as there was quite a few interested parties wanting to do the viewing. We we’re very impressed with Dimitri’s manner and professionalism in keeping control of the many viewers and giving consideration to keep the property damage free was also a priority to him. After several days we were lucky enough to be contacted by Dimitri who informed us we had been successful in obtaining the property to rent, Dimitri is a person who seems to enjoy his career and gets a lot of satisfaction in making people happy through his efforts and dedication, he kept great communication with us throughout our moving in and could not help enough to ensure we had as easy as possible moving in.We would highly recommend anyone looking for rental property or advice to do so, to contact Dimitri as you will be guaranteed the best of attention at all times. Thank you Dimitri for all your help you are a Credit to Harcourts and the Rental industry. Regards Finlay & Subhashni Woodrow. Two very happy Harcourts customers.

They were very good with communicating, whenever we had questions or wanted some information they were very quick to respond to emails. I never felt like we were left in the dark about anything that was going on, and it made the whole process a lot smoother.

Since 2018 Astute Realty has been nothing but an excellent suppprt to us on every level. I've developed a very good relationship with Phil, Tammy, Nicole and all the great staff. Everything they do is very professional and knowledgeable of the property market both in sales and rental management. Our house was built and guided through the process by Astute from Land purchase, design, build, regulations, advertising, tennants, looking after tennants, and property management. This process, with their vast experience Astute made seamless. They have always been very prompt, return communications straight away, wise in their dealings and negotiating, and sound in depth advice whenever I have a question or unexpected situation arises. For me, the biggest thing is trust, which I can confidently say I have fully with Astute over the 8 years I have been connected there. This carries huge weight with me on a personal level as unfortunately it cannot be said about every company. I would highly recommend Astute Realty, and I have, to anyone. Thanks Team!
