Over all great team and management and proressional at all times as ive have been with ljhooker many years always been treated professionaly Kind regards Chris Dunn

Communication was flawless, our rental process was so easy and quick, couldnt be happier!

I contacted Sophie for inquiries about property management then chose LJ Hooker as my property agent based on the way she replied and communicated. There’s absolutely no regret at all! Made the best choice of selecting property manager in my life so far. Their profession, keeping me updated, quick response, consideration of things that I’m not aware of, their experiences are valuable and hard to find. Not only Sophie showed me all of the above, but also Madelin (Maddie) who demonstrated same level of care, profession, and considerate management of my property. For anyone who is trying to find a superb and outstanding agent, I highly recommend the LJ Hooker team and you will not have any regrets at all.

Nisha is professional, initiative, flexible and sensible with strong market knowledge that I rely on. Also love that she trusts her gut instinct.

We’re very happy with Nisha - she is definitely a ‘do-er’! Nisha has great communication, she is highly efficient and doesn’t beat around the bush which we really like. We have complete trust in her savvy instincts and know that she will do the best by us and the tenant. As we hadn’t tenanted a property for a long time, Nisha has guided us through the process, rules and regulations and was spot on with her rental estimate. Nisha secured a tenant quickly and with a minimum amount of fuss which saved us from having an empty property. We highly recommend Nisha - she is exactly the reason why we signed with a small owner operated business and not through a franchised real estate operation. It’s the little things that make all the difference.

Excellent communicator and extremely detailed to make the transition very smooth and easy. Not task is too big and will always answer your messages and needs.
