Wanted to say how amazing Clancy in the rental team has been. She has managed our property for a long time and has always been so responsive, diligent, kind, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. However, the last few months she has gone above and beyond and truly exhibited outstanding service. We are selling our property (with another agency) yet she has seen the handover through right till the end. Her emails are also so informative, clear, helpful and she has made the process seamless. I have managed many staff in my time and worked with large teams, and she is a true gem and one I am sure you take good care of.
