Harcourts made the leasing process smooth and professional, with clear communication, excellent market knowledge, and effective negotiation skills – we’re thrilled to have been selected!”

Very professional in effective communication that drives peculiar attention and respect towards clients

Perrie King and Teena Silifant demonstrated excellent market knowledge and a strong understanding of the local property environment, as reflected in how accurately and clearly they presented the property in the advertisement. We had a very positive experience with Perrie King and Teena Silifant from Harcourts Signature – Rosny Park. They were professional, supportive, and always quick to respond to our questions. A big thank you to Perrie King and Teena Silifant for their outstanding support throughout our time at 29 Goodwood Rd. We are grateful for their professionalism and excellent service. We truly appreciate their assistance and would highly recommend their services.

We dealt with Louise, Keely and Samantha at Fall whilst looking for the right rental. They were exceptional, knowledgeable, warm, flexible and so very professional. From the viewing to the contract signing we felt supported. I just cannot recommend them highly enough. They made a tough transition so much easier.

Their process of dealing is very smooth and everything went great.

We must say that Daniela & Kristy are very professional, amazing communicators, and extremely cooperative. We applied for a house in Tas from Adelaide, where we didn’t have the option to physically inspect the property. Kristy managed the walkthrough video very smoothly, which helped us to make our decision in one go. And Daniela, you are the best. She provided me with all the information we needed and picked up my calls several times a day with a positive smile and attitude. Lastly, both of them are very responsive with email communication and especially, timely communication. Just keep going! Wishing you both all the very best😊

Great communication from the get go, very happy with how smooth everything went, Taylor is fabulous, answers any queries promptly. Lovely welcome gift with the Key pick up and the tenant app makes everything easy to see. Issue with a leaking shower fixed asap, I just needed to send pics and a video of the leak via email. Very professional, and would highly recommend Arkley & Co

Taylor resonds my request and questions promptly, assisted my request without delay. I am glad to have Taylor as my property manager.

I had a very positive experience with Arkley & Co. My agent helped me not only with purchasing the property but also with managing it afterward, which made the whole process much easier and less stressful. What stood out most was her responsiveness, transparency, and genuine commitment to keeping me informed. Communication has always been clear and prompt, and I have felt confident that my property is being well looked after. I would highly recommend Arkley & Co to any landlord looking for a professional, reliable, and trustworthy property management team.
