The fact that my girlfriend and I had only ever rented privately we thought getting a rental though an agency was going to be a nightmare but within 24 hours of out first declined application Lance the absolute legend not only suggest multiple properties that fit what we where looking for also had us approved! Nothing less then amazing dealing with him!

When requesting a rental inspection, the agent was responsive with emails and answered questions that we asked. They listened to our current situation and were very accommodating regarding demands placed by other real estate agencies. My experience in the last year with Aislinn and Layla was fantastic. They both are excellent in their communication, very polite and professional. Finding the right tenant is not always easy but they managed it very well to find the right person for my house . I really appreciate that!
