Nikki initially and then Jayda were thorough. They kept me informed of progress at all times. The standard of the work done was excellent . The entire job was done in a very reasonable time. It was a pleasure dealing with both agents.

We recently bought an investment property in Gungahlin and decided to have the property managed by Nikki and the team at Raine & Horne Gungahlin. We have been very pleased with their service to date. They quickly found an excellent tennant paying an excellent weekly rate for rent (more than what we were expecting). They have also quickly and efficiently resolved a few initial queries that the tenant had after he moved in. Have just starting renting with Hive, and it has been a great experience so far. I have communicated with a number of staff: Caitlin Brodribb the property manager at the inspection and through the application process, property manager Sim Kaur when submitting enquiries, to other staff when picking up keys at the office, and all have been friendly and helpful. Fast turnaround on application approval and easy application process. Also, the provided condition report has to be the most comprehensive I have ever encountered - much appreciated.
