Agencies in Teneriffe, QLD, 4005

Mel at Social Realty is an outstanding example of investment property management. I was not particularly happy with our existing property manager and when I found out that Mel, whom I had worked with when she was with a previous agency, I jumped at the chance to have her involved in our Brisbane property. Mel is an expert in all aspects of managing properties, has excellent product knowledge, is amazingly responsive and a wonderful communicator. Five stars all round.

We have had the pleasure of working with Deanna, Jen and Mel from Social Realty. All three are very responsive and proactive in keeping us up to date with what’s happening not with just our property but the general market. Would highly recommend

From the beginning steps during the appraisal meet and greet the high level of attention to detail from Andrew and Deanna were already impressive. During the whole process of campaigning to settling my home for new tenants I cannot thank Mel, Deanna and Andrew enough for their advice, support, professionalism and communication throughout the whole process. Highly recommended for a professional but yet 'social' approach to finding great property managers

Thank you to everyone at Position Property for all their work in keeping place running smoothly.

While I don't expect the agents to revolve their world around me, I can't say it's been a 10/10 experience. Pros: - Communication in person is clear, polite & respectful. - Professional presentation overall Cons: - Once my property was listed, I felt a bit of pressure to settle for the first person to view the apartment. There was plenty of interest in the first week & I wanted to wait. I am new to being a landlord but not new to real estate as I was an agent myself in the past. I felt like I was hurried whether it was the agents' intention or not. - I have to send multiple messages (reminders) or chase another agent to get an answer to simple questions.

Alex has given the Opalyn Group excellent service and genuinly cares about her customers
