I found the staff to be on par with their knowledge of the property, they were very professional.

responsive on issues

Fantastic communication and responded to any queries we had immediately.

The rental Management team responds to any questions I have promptly. They never have a problem finding a new tenant quickly.

I have been leasing my property with Ray White Bateau Bay for nearly 10 years. Because the property is over two hours from my home, I rely heavily on the team to keep me informed. They consistently provide timely updates on the tenant, conduct regular inspections and maintain proactive communication with the tenant on my behalf. The team is always professional, responsive, and willing to provide expert advice whenever needed.

10/10 Amanda Rix The reason I have two properties managed with Ray White Bateau Bay.

It was a pleaseure to meet Vin Nguyen the Property Manager of Marando Real estate when I was looking for a rental for my father as he was transitioning down from Newcastle. I found Vin to be very professional, full of expertise and local knowledge, besides being very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Having never rented before, I felt that Vin understood our family situation well and made our family feel at ease at all times. I would recommend Vin and his team to anyone who was looking for a rental on the coast! The team at Marando are a pleasure to deal with!
