We were having a very disappointing experience with a tenant and a rental agent who was not on the ball. The tenant moved out so we did some renovations and looked for a new agent. When we were scheduled to meet Carly I took a friend with me who works in Real Estate. I was really impressed with Carly and my friend said, "she's the one".
