We were having a very disappointing experience with a tenant and a rental agent who was not on the ball. The tenant moved out so we did some renovations and looked for a new agent. When we were scheduled to meet Carly I took a friend with me who works in Real Estate. I was really impressed with Carly and my friend said, "she's the one". We love that they always keep us in the loop. We are also invited to attend inspections. Importantly they conduct regular inspections. They are very professional, but personable also. I love this team.

Pete has been great, always gets back to us promptly and answers any questions we may have. Overall very easy to deal with and professional.

Craig was most persistent in finding the right tenant as always. He is very professional and has good negotiations with tenant and owner. He carries out his obligations to the very end, keeping you informed at all times.
