My partner and I initially started the process with Bendigo Bank, who promised us pre-approval within two weeks. Unfortunately, instead of receiving our pre-approval, we were met with ongoing requests for additional documentation and delayed responses. This went on for four months, from January until April, and the experience became incredibly stressful and frustrating.
