I have moved to Mr Real Estate from another agency who struggled with letting out a property in need of some repairs. Tiarna and Haley from Mr Real Estate have taken on arranging the repairs (that the previous agent struggled with), gave multiple options and executed them as per the mutually agreed schedule. The communication has been prompt throughout and they have found tenants for the property immediately after the repairs were completed. I'm very happy with the journey so far.

Hayley has been good at organising getting our first tenants in with good communication

I believe I allowed the worst tenant in history to rent my house. The experience became so difficult that I decided I needed professional help, and that’s when I chose Ray White. Tayla took on the job and immediately had to deal with a situation where every manual, rule and law seemed to come into play. Despite everything she was faced with, Tayla handled it with incredible professionalism, patience and determination. The things she had to deal with were honestly beyond a joke, yet she remained calm, supportive and focused on getting the best possible outcome. She went above and beyond, and I genuinely believe I would have struggled to get through it without her.
