My property manager was very helpful with the move in process and patient when I had questions.

I needed a great deal of maintenance and cleaning up of my property. My property manager Charlee was very helpful. She made sure I knew what was happening and if I needed to provide funds to cover each job being performed. Only one company was unhappy with time of payment as work had already been performed. I needed to sort out this concern personally. Overall, I have been very happy with all the effort that Charlee has put into my property and getting me a good result. Am very happy with all her good work.

Cass is our property manager and to be honest she is the ultimate agent. Really good communication and is very prompt at getting any works sorted. As a landlord we couldn’t ask for better.

Melissa Thomson was very helpful and very professional. She was very patient, always available and happy to answer my queries.
