The team at R&W were professional, friendly and happy to help throughout the rental initialisation. Excellent experience.

A huge thank you to Christine and the entire team at R&W Real Estate! We are so incredibly happy with our experience and couldn’t be more grateful for all the help and support we received throughout the process. We recently leased a property through Christine, and from the moment we attended the inspection, she was absolutely amazing. She was professional, approachable and genuinely took the time to have a one-on-one conversation with us. Her help and understanding made such a difference, and we were thrilled to be approved for the property the very next day! Christine went above and beyond to help us secure our new home, and we truly appreciate everything she did for us. The whole team has been fantastic, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Thank you so much, Christine, and the R&W Real Estate team! We highly recommend you to anyone looking for a professional, caring and supportive real estate team. ❤️

Christine and the team have been managing our rental properties for over 5 years and have kept on top of everything with new and existing tenants. Very happy with their work.

Dylan has been very responsive and proactive in helping us to secure a tenant. And Sophia’s attention to details helped to finalize the lease in a speedy manner. Very happy with the result.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.
