Wendy has been really helpful and proactive throughout the whole process. She took the initiative in sorting out the tenant’s departure and following up on everything afterwards, including the insurance claim and repairs. I really appreciate her help in keeping things moving and making sure everything was followed up. Would definitely recommend her to other landlords!
