Overview of Trevallyn, TAS, 7250

When requesting a rental inspection, the agent was responsive with emails and answered questions that we asked. They listened to our current situation and were very accommodating regarding demands placed by other real estate agencies. Would happily go through this application and rental process with this company again compared to other experiences we have had in the past.

We’ve had a great experience working with Nikita. She has been extremely proactive, responsive and professional throughout the whole process. Communication has been excellent, and she has always kept us updated without us having to follow up. What impressed us most was how quickly she was able to find and secure suitable tenants — within the first week of the property being advertised. She made the whole process straightforward and stress-free, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about achieving a good outcome for her clients. Very happy with the service so far and would highly recommend Nikita to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive property manager.

From the first phone call the service was fantastic. We worked with Isabelle who was super professional but also caring and wanted to help with any questions or problems we where trying to sort out. she kept within our budget and the response when needed was either immediate or within the day highly highly recommend going through Harrison agents 100%

Harrison agents provide outstanding service with great communication. They managed to secure the tenant before settlement. I have no issue recommending their services to anyone looking for a property management in Launceston. Thanks

I had a fantastic experience with Harrison Agents Launceston, and especially with Lance Carnes throughout my leasing journey. From the very beginning, Lance was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. He took the time to clearly explain each step, promptly answered all my questions, and ensured everything was handled efficiently. I truly appreciated his friendly approach and attention to detail, which made me feel confident and supported the entire time. The whole process from inquiry to securing the property was seamless, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I would highly recommend Harrison Agents Launceston to anyone looking for a reliable and professional leasing experience. Thank you again, Lance, for your outstanding support! You Rock xx

Have had a great experience with the team at harrison from purchasing to property management. I am run off my feet at work and have no time but I am taking the time to provide this review because they deserve it. They are very helpful, efficient, good communicators and advisors and appear to excel at what they do while being easy to work with. If I had more time id go in to more depth but regardless I would recommend them to anyone.

Tenants are not just a number to this team -- and that truly sets them apart. From the very beginning, they were patient, understanding, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. You couldn't ask for a more accommodating and compassionate Property Management Consultant than Nikita. She made everything feel clear and manageable. And Lance is an absolute gem -- hands down my number one Leasing Consultant! He is efficient, proactive, and truly on top of everything. We submitted our application on Friday afternoon, and in less than 30 minutes we received an email confirming it was already being processed. By Monday, we were finalising our lease. That level of efficiency is remarkable. More than just excellent service, we felt genuine warmth and care. Moving houses can be incredibly stressful, but Nikita and Lance made the experience smooth and reassuring for our family. Thank you both -- we can't recommend you enough!

We had been putting off moving because of how overwhelming it felt to juggle a business alongside relocation. From the very first interaction, Lance was incredibly professional, supportive, and reassuring. His genuinely beautiful energy and confidence in the process gave us the push we needed to move sooner than planned. The entire experience felt seamless, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his guidance and care. Highly recommend.

Harrison Agents Launceston have been helpful and responsive during my application process for a rental so I could relocate to Tasmania for work. This isn't something that you really experience with some of the other real estate agents, in what can be a tedious and stressful process. I can't thank them enough for how they have helped me so far.
