After selling my home very quickly and needing to find a rental home for myself, my children and my fur babies I was assured I would be assisted to ensure a suitable home could be found prior to settlement. I cannot fault the support and service I have been provided by the Harrison team, especially Lance who put me at ease from the very second of meeting him. Prior to this his email communication was warm, caring, professional and informative. I am very grateful to have found the perfect home for us to move to, whilst it felt like a long time it was only a week. Thankyou Lance! Also thankyou to Josh for facilitating the assistance from the rental team.

I’m very happy with the leasing service provided by Nikita and Lance. They were both very responsive, patient in answering all my questions, and went above and beyond to help get my property leased successfully. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their professionalism and support throughout the leasing process. The only suggestion I would have is regarding the handover once the property is leased and transferred to the Property Manager. It would be really helpful to have a formal introduction to the Property Manager, along with clear information about who to contact for different matters, including their phone number and email address. This would make the transition much smoother and avoid any confusion about who to contact after the property has been leased. Other than that, I’ve had a very positive experience with Nikita and Lance and really appreciate all their help!

Bushby property group have managed my property for quite a few years now and have done a wonderful job.
