The Right Strategy, Not Just the Right Loan
We were referred to Jay Morosi by our Buyer’s Agent for our investment property journey, and looking back, having Jay by our side made a huge difference.
This was not a straightforward purchase. It took us more than a year to finally secure the right property, and throughout that time Jay was incredibly patient and supportive. He arranged multiple pre-approvals as our plans evolved, making sure we were always in a position to move quickly when the right opportunity came along.
