I’ve had an excellent experience as a tenant with Naomi. From the very beginning, she has been friendly, approachable, and genuinely kind, which made the entire process stress-free. Communication has always been clear and prompt, and any questions or concerns I raised were handled efficiently and professionally. What stands out most is their efficiency and reliability. Maintenance requests were addressed quickly, and they consistently kept me informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who combines such a high level of professionalism with a warm, personable approach, but Naomi truly does. I would highly recommend Naomi from Baber & Co to anyone looking for someone who is trustworthy, responsive, and genuinely cares about their tenants. They’ve made renting a positive and hassle-free experience.

Baber and Co manage my investment property house in a strata complex. Naomi has proven herself a great communicator and problem solver over the two years she's managed the property. Everyone is happy - the renting family, the property owner, and the property manager.
