Agencies in Bilinga, QLD, 4225

Hassle free & essy to work with

I was pleased to chose this agency to manage my property. They are a solid team and we’re extremely efficient to deal with across the board. Very happy 😊

We have been using DJ Stringer to manage our apartment in Bilinga since 2018. I can honestly say we have never had an issue with them. Their proactive communication, responsiveness and attention to detail are without fault. My wife and I could not recommend them highly enough and feel a real level of comfort that our property is in very safe hands with the team at DJ Stringers.

I’d always imagined working offshore and managing a property from afar would be a headache, but Tara, Nikitia and the LJ Hooker Leasing Team have made the leasing process into an absolute breeze. They are incredibly efficient - my property was advertised almost instantly, and showings were arranged straight away. I appreciate Tara and Nikita’s proactive approach- they constantly presented me with clear options and regular, positive updates. Completely stress-free process for me, thank you!

Kelly my manager has worked with me for over a decade and for the last number of years at LJ Hooker. Nothing is to much trouble and we always maintain a great communication and work with tenants for the best outcomes. Highly recommend.

Communication and passion for what she does was great!
