We have been using DJ Stringer to manage our apartment in Bilinga since 2018. I can honestly say we have never had an issue with them. As usual Leah did a fabulous job of getting great tenants for us. She is always professional and a pleasure to deal with. Julie will manage the tenancy and I am sure she will do a super job as she always does. The team at Stringers always look after us and I highly recommend them.

David was extremely knowledgeable, honest, efficient and genuine in all our dealings, from inspecting the property through to purchase. Having bought property before, we really appreciated how straightforward and professional David was to deal with. His communication was excellent, he always followed through on what he said he would do, and we felt well informed throughout the process. What stood out most was how genuine and transparent he was. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who clearly knows the market and genuinely cares about doing the right thing by everyone involved. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend David to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Tenneale along with other team members from LJ Hooker have helped look after our place for the last 5 or so years. They have been super responsive to emails and are always attentive to the needs of the landlord and the tenants so that both parties remain happy.
