Overview of Tumbi Umbi, NSW, 2261

Amanda and team did a great job renting out our place, they were friendly and knew their stuff and had our placed rented out in no time!

I had a really positive experience with Ray White Bateau Bay | Killarney Vale. Francine Steedman was my real estate agent - she responded promptly to communication via email or phone with a high degree of professionalism and warmth, and she organised repairs to the property very promptly. She provided positive and constructive feedback during tenancy inspections, which helped me to look after the property and ensured I got my full bond returned. After I vacated the property, I had accidentally left some personal items behind and she even kept these safe for me until I was able to come by and pick them up, which I really appreciate.

As the landlord of 7 Adelaide Street, I’ve had a great experience with Ray White Bateau Bay | Killarney Vale. Their market knowledge is strong and their advice on pricing and tenant selection has been accurate. Communication is prompt and clear, with regular updates and quick responses whenever I’ve had questions. The team is professional, organised, and proactive, making the whole process easy and stress-free. I feel confident my property is being well managed and would happily recommend them to other landlords.

Reliable and professional agents

I would recommend LJHooker to anyone looking for an amazing easy move . Jade was absolutely fantastic could not recommend any one more . Jade we can’t thank you enough 😁 .

Cannot rate Belinda any higher! Again, my property was Leased the same week it was advertised with the LJ Hooker Killarney Vale Team. Always honest, genuine feedback with Belinda. Highly recommend.
