Really appreciated the effort the agents put in to get my property rented. They were responsive to all requests, gave good advice and were very professional in their approach. All communication has been very prompt and I feel confident with having them as my agent.

I’ve been with this realestate for 2 years. I was extremely happy with Crystal but unfortunately not happy with Emma. Emma doesn’t return emails. I waited 2months on emails I sent. Then I asked her are you interested in looking after my property? Should I find another agent. Then finally my emails got answered. Emma was good with finding new tenants and keeping me updated with everything. Then once lease was signed. Nothing still waiting on reply on a damaged gate that my friend took a photo of. No photos of last inspection of property. I trust Emma to look after my property but I feel she is only concerned with change over of tenants and her income. So it makes it hard to trust her. Which is why I’ve had a friend keeps eye out on property.
