William is professional but at times lacks the correct communication skills. And unfortunately slipped when negotiating the new rental terms for new tenants. I felt like there was hidden communication regarding the lease arrangement with tenants leaving property early and timing of new tenants coming in. Having to pay three weeks of rent and not knowing that was going to happen is not ideal.

Their dedication and support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to rent or buy a property.

Nothing is to difficult for them and has always helped us when there is an issue. The service is second to none and will always help you no matter what information you need relating to either sales or rentals

Communication has been seamless. Signing documents also easy and convenient. The property had 2 minor defects and both were fixed within 48hrs of notifying reception.

She has been a diligently communicative professional with exceptional proficiency, who has shown her commitment to high quality service, expertise and guidance throughout the period we have known her. We have appreciated her ability to maintain a direct and prompt line of communication at all times, which has been deeply appreciated.

From initial inspection with Kate to signing of documents, all members of the rental department including Jaylia have been fantastic, polite and always offering assistance if required.

We cannot thank enough for their friendly and professional support/ service for renting our 2nd property in Daisy Hill. We were under enormous pressure to empty the residential property within 2 weeks because of BOQ's lazy service (lost 1 week). David K, Sumayya B, Fionna C for prompt responses and actions to complete all To-Do-List by the deadline. 1) Good communication and clear guidelines for preparation i.e. paperwork, keys, certificates etc. 2) Always supportive and friendly throughout the process. 3) Quickly arranged yard mowing.
