They were professional and informative, giving great insight into the area and lease expectations while answering every question we had.

Friendly and kind. Loved their work

I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive from Sajid. Living in Melbourne while having properties in Brisbane can be challenging, but Sajid has become my eyes and ears on the ground and gives me complete peace of mind. He is incredibly responsive, professional and proactive, and I know that whenever an issue arises with a tenant or property, Sajid will deal with it promptly and keep me informed every step of the way. He doesn’t just manage the properties — he genuinely takes ownership and treats them as though they were his own. His communication is excellent, he is approachable and always willing to help, and I have complete confidence in his judgement when dealing with tenants, maintenance and any unexpected issues. Having someone I can trust to handle things locally is invaluable, particularly when I’m managing everything from Melbourne. Sajid consistently goes above and beyond, and his dedication and professionalism really stand out. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property manager they can genuinely trust. He makes owning interstate investment properties so much easier and gives me one less thing to worry about.

Sajid has been great and we appreciate it.

All right we r living as well

It was easy to deal with the team at Rochedale. They made this possible by being aware of my needs and concerns and dealing with these in a friendly and professional manner.

Kates communication with us was fantastic during the whole process. She has a very friendly personality and made all dealings with her very easy . Highly recommend her and Ray White Rochedale.

Kate was extremely helpful. As seniors we were very unsure how to go about renting a property. However Kate put our minds at ease and helped where needed.
