As soon as I cancelled the previous agent, Tina was on top of everything within a week. Including securing a tenant from the first open after 5 weeks with no tenant from previous agent. Communication was A1 no passing the buck. Knowledge is more than enough. As I say property managers are like a monopoly board...land on the wrong square and you reduce your investment. Wow, truly a impressive experience overall. Much to my shock a property we had just purchased had been broken into between settlement and the first open house, by a homeless family. Luckily Jackie knew exactly what to do to gain possession within 24 hours and at the same time (despite quite the clean up required) was still able to rent the property for $50 more the expected at this same open house. I didn't have to deal with any of the trouble and now a few weeks on we have a happy family living in the property. Highly recommend Jackie and the My Logan Realty team! Kind Regards.
