The PM team at PRD Burleigh Heads had my property leased after first open. They secured two solid applications immediately and when the first applicant couldn't progess, the second applicant stepped in to take over the lease. As I live remotely, PRD handled everything relating to cleaning,lawns etc to get the property ready for the tenant. It was so easy. Could not recommend them highly enough.
