William is professional but at times lacks the correct communication skills. And unfortunately slipped when negotiating the new rental terms for new tenants. I felt like there was hidden communication regarding the lease arrangement with tenants leaving property early and timing of new tenants coming in. Having to pay three weeks of rent and not knowing that was going to happen is not ideal.

Their dedication and support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to rent or buy a property.

Greg was fantastic about showing off all aspects of the rental and answering questions about the building, amenities, unit, and even estimated utility costs. He processed my application very quickly and always updates me well in advance regarding inspections. Have had no issues since moving into the rental.

An absolutely fantastic property manager. She responds quickly, organises repairs straight away, and is always friendly and helpful. She never makes you feel like your questions are a bother and is always happy to assist. It makes renting so much easier when you have someone this supportive.

Tenant selection was critical for us as this was our home that we lovingly renovated and wanted to find great long term tenants who would enjoy our house as their home. Multiple inspections, several applications and we could have leased in the first week but Kellie knew that we wanted the right people. Found them!
