As an ex mortgage broker myself, I was always going to be very selective about who I trusted with arranging finance for our owner occupied home purchase, and there was no question for me that I wanted to use the best in the Sutherland Shire. Nathan Smith's team at Birdie Wealth absolutely delivered from start to finish.
