We've been owners with Richardsons for the past 13 months. They were great through the purchasing process and have been equally great since then, administrating the rental of our property. When our tenant broke his lease, Karlie was great in chasing him up till we were happy with the amount of bond retained. Since then, the team have been immensely patient with our messing them about with timelines, after recently completing a renovation on the property. When we finally handed over the property to them to get it back on the market, they had an excellent tenant within 2 hours of listing it on their site. The photography is amazing.
