Overview of Ocean Grove - Point Lonsdale

They are readily available or return calls quickly. Their advice on setting rents is good and they appear to know their market. They seem to have our investment front of mind to keep it in is as good as possible condition. Assessment of renters seems good so far.

I had a great experience working with Krishna. She leased my house out quickly and for the asking price, which made this process incredibly smooth. Communication was prompt and clear throughout, and she found a wonderful renter who fits perfectly. Highly recommended.

Lynda demonstrated a high level of professionalism, strong product knowledge, and excellent communication. The process was handled efficiently, and customer service standards were consistently met.

The entire process from inspecting the property, to applying, to being accepted and taken through the rental process was seamless. We were given updates every step of the way which made the process less daunting. The prompt responses to queries once we were in the property were outstanding. Great service from Angie and Kate, in particular. Highly recommend.
