I would highly recommend Yasman Janfada for Property Management Services. She is thorough and professional in her services.

Great team to deal with

Thanks to the team at All About Rentals and especially to Mercedes Baker. Our property was managed by the team since 2018 when we moved overseas, we just moved back in and are so please with the condition of it. From selecting potential tenants, to organize a renovation during Covid and assisting us with selection of products, colours and all that has to do with a reno; to managing all that has to do with the property on our behalf we are glad that we chose the company to look after the house. All About Rentals you have been the best, very professional and easy to communicate, we couldn't have done it without you. Thanks.

Kylie Roberts and the team at Baywest Hastings provided exceptional service throughout my three-and-a-half-year tenancy. They were consistently responsive to any issues that arose and addressed them quickly and efficiently. At the end of my tenancy, Kylie went above and beyond to offer support. Her extensive knowledge and professionalism were invaluable in resolving any outstanding matters, ensuring a smooth and positive experience overall.

Nalaka is a great sales representative. Outstanding customer service and expert knowledge of the current market leads me to find better outcome for my property.

Super professional and super helpful. Lovely people :)

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sushmitha from Local Expertz, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! As a first-time landlord, I was unsure about the process, but Sushmitha made it incredibly easy for me. She was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. Her expertise and guidance helped me navigate the process with confidence, and I'm so grateful for her support. Would highly recommend Sushmitha and Local Expertz ( Special Shoutout for Raza Zaidi) for introducing me to the agency, to anyone looking for a stress-free property letting experience.
