We have worked with Bri on 2 of our investments. One which has recently been transfered to Chwyla in recent times. Having two agents look at two different properties gave us an objective critic on the level of service that was provided which was a stark difference. Bri and the team from Chwlya are not just looking for the next sale, the vetting done for each of the tenants they bring forward gives us the confidence that our property is going to be well looked after and also we will not have any pain points in terms of rent coming in on time etc. they have always taken the route of having open discussion with us and letting us know what is a realistic expectation on rental return vs an unrealistic one. Unlike our other agency who simply put forward a recommendation for the first application without any advice or vetting backgrounds Bri and team do the necessary checks upfront and then position the prospective tenants to us. Our other agency simply appeared to be middle people getting rent from tenants and pushing it to us. The team at Chwyla keep us upto date on any updates on tenancy law changes that may impact us. Ensure the property is at par with required maintenance and safety checks ensuring not just the safety of the tenants but protecting us from any nasty penalties. I believe this is also why they would be the trusted agent for tenants as they do what is right and pay very close attention to detail. We find Bri also goes above the call of duty at times example being when we needed some curtains to be replaced, whilst onsite she just did it for us. This attention and level of customer service is definitely what makes this agency a cut above other agencies I have worked with the in the past. It’s not just about getting top rent for the property but also ensuring that the tenant is keeping up to date with their commitments and also us keeping up to ours.

I recently moved in to a unit. From the very first email to inspect property Iorio now everything has been great. I was able to inspect the property, get a prompt response, choose a suitable time to pick up the keys and move in. I was pleasantly surprised with my welcome pack that included some timtams/ coffee/ tea and toilet paper. All of which came in handy on my first day stay. There has been some maintenance issues while I've been here and all have been managed promptly with no delays or hassles. I feel like all my concerns have been managed appropriately. We switched from RW to Equity Property Management as the RW property managers changed too frequently (and getting younger each time). We now have an agent whom we can contact directly, who knows the property, its owner and tenants well. This makes communication so easy between all parties. He’s real good . we’ve had situations where its late in the evening sort of off business hours for most people and he still responds and answers our calls trying to sort out our issues . communication is excellent every time we have queries we message in , Raj responds almost immediately giving us answers .
