He’s real good . we’ve had situations where its late in the evening sort of off business hours for most people and he still responds and answers our calls trying to sort out our issues . communication is excellent every time we have queries we message in , Raj responds almost immediately giving us answers . I recently moved in to a unit. From the very first email to inspect property Iorio now everything has been great. I was able to inspect the property, get a prompt response, choose a suitable time to pick up the keys and move in. I was pleasantly surprised with my welcome pack that included some timtams/ coffee/ tea and toilet paper. All of which came in handy on my first day stay. There has been some maintenance issues while I've been here and all have been managed promptly with no delays or hassles. I feel like all my concerns have been managed appropriately. Our East Melbourne investment property was managed by Caine Real Estate for many years. We enjoyed the personalised service. It is now part of Ray White. We switched from RW to Equity Property Management as the RW property managers changed too frequently (and getting younger each time). We now have an agent whom we can contact directly, who knows the property, its owner and tenants well. This makes communication so easy between all parties. We highly recommend Equity Property Management, if you are after personalised service and efficiency.
