Brittany and the team at Motivate have been excellent to deal with. They managed the PCI 2, key handover, and had my property leased at $50 per week over expected rent within two days of going live, couldn't ask for much more than that. Communication has been clear and responsive throughout. Highly recommend for investment property management in Perth.

Communication was excellent with a clear path to getting the paperwork completed correctly. Friendly and helpful.

Karen Mckenzie was our Property Manager she conducted herself with great communication & professionalism with any problems we had at the property she got right on to it. We would have to say she was the best Property Manager we have ever had in our many years of rentals. We would like to say she has become a good friend as well. Karen showed a lot of empathy too with our situation of us having to break our lease for that property. Karen also had the other Property Managers of Elders looking for a 2x1 unit which we appreciated so much. Thank you Karen McKenzie for everything & to Elders Real Estate too would highly recommend them . Thankyou
