Elisha was and is so lovely! Through our whole process of applying to being accepted for the property she was great at keeping us in the loop. For key handover, again very lovely and informative. A very bright and welcoming person, we are lucky to have her as our property manager!

From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful — we had just arrived in the city and they made the whole process so much easier. Elisha, our property manager, was fantastic — really nice and diligent throughout, always on top of things. Katelyn also helped us a lot when we called for information and advice. We found the property quickly and everything from application to move-in was smooth. Their processes and protocols were well organized every step of the way, and communication was clear and consistent throughout. Overall it was a really positive experience, and we’re happy we worked with them.

As a first-time investment property owner, I couldn’t have asked for a better property manager than Elisha. She has been exceptional from the outset, taking the time to educate me throughout the process and ensuring I understood every step. Her communication has been outstanding, with prompt responses and proactive updates that have given me complete confidence. Elisha provided valuable guidance during the tenant assessment process, demonstrating excellent market knowledge and professionalism. She has made what could have been a daunting experience simple and stress-free. I highly recommend Elisha to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and dedicated property manager who genuinely cares about achieving the best outcomes for her clients.
