Summit Realty have been managing two of our investment properties for 4 years. I am very grateful that I changed to Summit Realty from a previous management company as it has been stress free from day one. Their leasing managers do a fantastic job at vetting prospective tenants, this is key to ensuring that the property is taken care of during the tenancy and rent is paid on time. Once a new tenant moves in the property manager then takes over, in our case Janine. Janine has been amazing, always available to assist, excellent communication and very thorough with rent inspections. Their fees are also very competitive so they tick all of the boxes. I would highly recommend Summit Realty and will continue to use them in the future.

After a break in at my rental property I received a call from my property manager informing me of what had happened and I was given the phone number of my insurance company, and was told to call them and let them know Harcourts Blue would be taking care of the details regarding the claim. I did this and Harcourts Blue took care of everything else after that! I received email updates on what was happening and by the end of the month the money from the insurance claim was in my account.
