I've had positive experience with Georgia. Georgia is proactive in following up tenant vacating, advertising, and signing up new tenant. Georgia is also proactive in following up regular inspection and issues from tenant. I really appreciate the fact that Georgia trying to answer any questions I have as promptly as possible. Communication is lacking between Property Managers and Landlords No communication to Landlords of any changes in property managers for any reason such as leave replacements etc. Should keep Landlords informed of any employee changes . Should not be surprises -for Landlord to find strange property manager Relief managers are not aware of the previous actions of their colleagues when taking over. I am also speaking from previous experiences as I have other property under Ray White North Lakes rental management team
