Pukh is an excellent communicator and very good at keeping you up to date with your application
Pukh was always very responsive and answered all my calls. She is very knowledgeable and if she did have an answer, she would pass me onto somebody who did or chase up the answer herself. This process with Pukh has been very enjoyable experience and would recommend her to anybody in my friend group or external.
