Q Realty have recently taken over management of my investment property. Always friendly and willing to assist. They have been very professional and prompt with excellent communication. I would highly recommend their management team.
Having Zevesto real estate handle my properties has made things so simple and easy on my end. I get prompt responses and any repairs or feedback regarding the property or tenants are relayed immediately.
MPM particularly Jaimee and Ishabel, have been absolutely wonderful to deal with as a tenant, they have transitioned me between one property to another with such a seamless process, making the whole process so easy and simple. Moving house at the best of times is tricky and hard but both of these ladies have been absolutely wonderful. So helpful, so proactive, professional and personal to what my situation is, and willing to work with me to achieve a great outcome. Great experience being a tenant through MPM and would highly recommend.
Very easy process from signing the lease to picking up the keys. Friendly and helpful staff.
Good communication and helpful.

They have both been fantastic property managers and have made the whole process so easy and stress-free. They are always friendly, professional and quick to respond whenever I have a question or need something sorted. I really appreciate how proactive and reliable they are, and it’s clear they genuinely care about both the property and their clients. They also did a great job finding and selecting some really great tenants, which has given me so much peace of mind. Thank you, Gina and Alyssa, for all your hard work and for making everything so easy. I’m very grateful to have you both looking after my property!

I thank Jenaya Barret and her team for being proactive. Jenny and her team kept frequent communication with me to update regarding the lease and giving me good advice and background check of prospective tenants. The marketing was professional and excellent negotiating skills to obtain premium rent.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive from Sajid. Living in Melbourne while having properties in Brisbane can be challenging, but Sajid has become my eyes and ears on the ground and gives me complete peace of mind. He is incredibly responsive, professional and proactive, and I know that whenever an issue arises with a tenant or property, Sajid will deal with it promptly and keep me informed every step of the way. He doesn’t just manage the properties — he genuinely takes ownership and treats them as though they were his own. His communication is excellent, he is approachable and always willing to help, and I have complete confidence in his judgement when dealing with tenants, maintenance and any unexpected issues. Having someone I can trust to handle things locally is invaluable, particularly when I’m managing everything from Melbourne. Sajid consistently goes above and beyond, and his dedication and professionalism really stand out. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property manager they can genuinely trust. He makes owning interstate investment properties so much easier and gives me one less thing to worry about.
