MPM particularly Jaimee and Ishabel, have been absolutely wonderful to deal with as a tenant, they have transitioned me between one property to another with such a seamless process, making the whole process so easy and simple. Moving house at the best of times is tricky and hard but both of these ladies have been absolutely wonderful. So helpful, so proactive, professional and personal to what my situation is, and willing to work with me to achieve a great outcome. Great experience being a tenant through MPM and would highly recommend.

William is professional but at times lacks the correct communication skills. And unfortunately slipped when negotiating the new rental terms for new tenants. I felt like there was hidden communication regarding the lease arrangement with tenants leaving property early and timing of new tenants coming in. Having to pay three weeks of rent and not knowing that was going to happen is not ideal.
